Do something hard with good people.

Hot & Cold Club is a small gathering hosted in a private backyard near the beach. We breathe together, sit in the heat, step into cold water and leave more awake than we arrived.

There is no charge and no experience required—just a willingness to be present, respect your own limits and share the hour with a few new people.

The experience

Here’s how the
hour unfolds.
